在布藝沙發(fā)縫制過(guò)程中，拉鏈袋口的需要好幾道工序才能完成，操作起來(lái)非常繁瑣。針對(duì)這種情況，我們特別設(shè)計(jì)制作了一種可一次縫制成型的拉筒裝在HY-1560N雙針上把這個(gè)繁瑣的工作變成一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的工作，提高了效率。為了使縫制效果更平直美觀，我們配置了可調(diào)整與主機(jī)同步的牽引輔助裝置。
The side zipper window is widely used in seating bag and soft cushion .It will take several kinds of process to finish sewing with low efficiency ,and difficult to control the quality .
In order to solve these problems ,we specially design the device that installed on the HY-1562N ,which can make the complicated work to be easy one .It improve the efficiency obviously .The machine is equipped with adjustable traction and auxiliary device ,which is at the same step with the main engine .Then it can sew very smooth and beautiful stitch .
