結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
1、CWNS型系列為臥式內(nèi)燃濕背式鍋殼鍋爐。由鍋殼、爐膽、回燃室、前后煙箱、火管等組成。
2、小型采用直爐膽，大型采用波形爐膽，強(qiáng)化傳熱，提高熱效率。
3、回燃室采用對(duì)接焊工藝，濕背式結(jié)構(gòu)，避免了后管板受高溫?zé)煔鉀_刷焊縫易落的弊端，確保鍋爐運(yùn)行安全。
4、鍋爐整機(jī)出廠觸摸屏、PLC程序控制、普通電腦等多種控制系統(tǒng)可供選擇。
5、外表采用乳白色彩鋼板包裝，美觀典雅。
中央熱水機(jī)組(間接式加熱式)
模塊化概念：模塊式中央熱水機(jī)組，就是將鍋爐、循環(huán)水泵、閥門(mén)、儀表、控制系統(tǒng)及其他配件和軟件組合成一個(gè)模塊，在工廠內(nèi)安裝成套，以機(jī)組的形式直接運(yùn)用在需要的場(chǎng)合供熱系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。功能擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)，滿足用戶多面選擇性需求，其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是顯而易見(jiàn)的。
大爐膛技術(shù)，設(shè)計(jì)的寬容輻射式大波紋爐膛，燃料完全燃燒，熱效率≥90％。
擾流技術(shù)，有效破壞煙氣層流邊界，強(qiáng)化對(duì)流換熱。
特別結(jié)構(gòu)的布管設(shè)計(jì)，使機(jī)組體積更小。高溫?zé)煔鈴暮笄驙顫癖尺M(jìn)入二回程煙管，通道設(shè)計(jì)流暢，阻力小，機(jī)組運(yùn)行噪音低。
